Refund Policy

The 7-day guarantee
If TailorPup isn't what you expected, you have 7 calendar days from your purchase date to request a full refund.
To qualify, you must have genuinely tried the program: complete and film each exercise video during your sessions. Refunds requested without proof of having used the program are not eligible.
- Email support@tailorpup.com with the email address you used to subscribe and your exercise videos.
- We process refunds within 3 business days.
- Stripe pushes the refund to your card; the bank takes another 5–10 business days to reflect it on your statement.
What's covered
- Monthly subscription — first 7 days fully refundable.
- Annual subscription — first 7 days fully refundable.
- Lifetime plan — first 7 days fully refundable.
What's not covered
- Renewals (after the first month / first year). You can cancel future renewals at any time, but the period you already paid for is non-refundable.
- Lifetime purchases after the 7-day window are final.
- Requests without exercise video proof of genuine use.
- Refunds requested in bad faith (e.g. after extracting all the program content).
In-app purchases (iOS / Android)
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store or Google Play are governed by the platform's refund policy, not ours.
- iOS: request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: request a refund via your Play Store order history within 48 hours, or contact Google Play support
Apple and Google typically grant good-faith refunds within their own windows. If they refuse and you're within our 7-day guarantee, contact support@tailorpup.com and we'll work it out — usually through a credit on a future plan.
EU consumer right of withdrawal
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under directive 2011/83/EU (transposed in France via art. L221-18 of the Code de la consommation).
However, by starting the onboarding and accessing your generated 12-week program, you expressly agree that the digital service is being supplied during the withdrawal period. Per art. L221-28-13°, this waives the standard withdrawal right for digital content.
Our 7-day money-back guarantee gives you back most of what the 14-day withdrawal would. If you have a special situation, email us — we're reasonable people.
How to cancel future renewals
Cancellation is separate from a refund. To stop future renewals without requesting a refund:
- Web subscription: Settings → Subscription → Cancel.
- iOS: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → TailorPup → Cancel.
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TailorPup → Cancel.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Account deletion ≠ refund
Deleting your account stops billing immediately, but it does not automatically refund the current period. If you want both, request a refund first, then delete the account once it's processed.
