How to cancel TailorPup

How you cancel depends on where you subscribed. Pick the path below. In both cases you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and cancelling stops future renewals only, it is not a refund.

Subscribed on iPhone (App Store)

App Store subscriptions can only be cancelled through Apple. We can't cancel them for you.

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap TailorPup.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

If TailorPup isn't listed, check that you're signed in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Subscribed on the web

1. Go to the cancellation page.
2. Enter the email you used at checkout.
3. Open the email we send you and tap the secure link to confirm. The link expires after 30 minutes, so if it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or request a new one.

What happens after you cancel

• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• You won't be charged again for that plan.
• Your dog's profile and progress stay in your account unless you delete it.
